Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and converting leads into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
  • Explain the company’s products/services and generate interest
  • Follow up with leads through calls/emails/WhatsApp
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM
  • Handle customer queries and provide correct information
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communication

    Requirements:
  • Good communication skills in Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior experience in tele calling/customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Strong listening and convincing skills
  • Report daily performance to the supervisor/team leader
