Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in accounting software.
• Ensure all financial data is up-to-date and reconciled regularly.
  

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize Power BI to develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide insights into financial performance.
• Create visualizations that summarize financial data, making it accessible to stakeholders.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and report on aging analyses using Power BI.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Leverage Power BI to automate reporting processes and streamline data presentation.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, using Power BI for scenario analysis and visualization.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis through interactive reports.
