We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Conduct meetings (in-person/virtual) to present services or product offerings
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain CRM/database with accurate client and lead information
Prepare reports on sales metrics and forecasts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus
Willingness to travel (if required)
